Where do I start?

PLEASE NOTE: We focus solely on manufacturing and therefore DO NOT offer a fitting service.

1. Telephone

(To improve the speed of our service we try to provide a full quote before making a site visit)
We prefer a more personal service where we can discuss your requirements, preferences and any further information.
Key information we require:

• Finish floor to finish floor height, also allowing for floorboards.
• Opening trimmed out/well size, also allowing for thicknesses of wall plaster etc.
• Any turns in flight required and direction, clockwise or anti clockwise walking up.
• Preferable specification, type of timber & balustrade style, if required.
• Delivery and/or any site visit required, the cost of this will be built into your quotation.
• Self measurement and collection will always result in a lower price.

2. Place Order

(Once ordered a site visit can be made if needed)
You should now have a full quotation along with a stair plan drawing showing all dimensions.
If all measurements are correct and you're happy to proceed, please email back confirmation including a preferred delivery date.

3. Manufacture

We will proceed with manufacture usually within 5 - 7 working days from confirmed order for most flights.

4. Payment

We will phone you on completion of stairs and schedule delivery/collection. Payment will need to be made 24 hours before delivery or on collection.

5. Delivery/Collection

Your stairs will arrive ready to fit. Please ensure you have enough help and that no access restrictions hinder off loading. The straight section of the stair will come assembled with the winders, newels posts and any balustrade loose. We are not responsible for the fitting of your stairs but strongly advise that they're fitted by a qualified carpenter/joiner to ensure lasting satisfaction.
